The offer module is for clubs that hire out courts to companies, schools or event organisers: you prepare a price quote from the bookings, send it to the customer, then validate it once they accept it. The courts concerned appear in colour on the booking grid according to the status of the quote.

This menu is only visible if the invoicing module is active (see the article Manage invoicing).

In the left-hand side menu, click Parameters, then Manage offers. Turn on the switch Use the offer module: the other settings appear.

Settings of the offer module

• Authorise members to request an offer: additional option, turned off automatically if you switch off the module.
• Duration of validity: number of days a quote remains valid (30 by default). It is suggested when each quote is created and printed on the document.

The Colours on the grid section sets the colour of the slots booked for a quote according to its status: Current offer colour, Colour of offer not validated and Colour of offer validated. Click the colour swatch to pick a colour, or type its code (for example #2e9e5b).

Click Save in the bottom bar to confirm your settings.

• Quotes are created from the menu Reservations → Overview of all the sports, which appears as soon as the module is active.
• The menu Invoices → Manage offers lists the prepared quotes: validation, sending by e-mail, PDF and follow-up.
• In Parameters → Manage invoicing, the document templates have two extra tabs for the texts of quotes on paper and by e-mail.
