Manage booking periods
Set the length of booking slots for each sport-season
The period is the length of a booking slot: 01:00 to book by the hour, 00:30 to book by the half hour. It is set for each sport linked to a season and applies to all courts of that sport. It can vary during the day, for example one-hour slots in the morning and half-hour slots in the afternoon.
Open the sports linked to seasons
In the left side menu, open Sport then click Link a sport to a season. The list shows each sport-season with its validity period and status.

Edit the opening hours and the length of periods
Click the pencil icon of the sport-season. In the Edit linked sport panel, the Opening hours section contains one row per time range: start time, end time and Time period.
One-hour slots from 10:00 to 12:00, then half-hour slots from 12:00 to 22:00
To vary the length depending on the time of day, click Add periods and enter a new time range. Make sure the ranges follow each other without overlapping: the end time of one row is the start time of the next. Then click Save.
Note: periods and the courts' opening hours are independent. Periods set the length of the slots; the opening hours of each court, set in Manage courts, set the times when it can be booked.
Set the periods of a new sport-season
When you link a sport to a season starting from scratch, the opening hours and the length of periods are entered directly in the panel Link a sport to a season. If you copy an existing season, its periods are copied and you can then adjust them as above. See the article Link a sport to a season.
Warning: changing the length of periods during the season changes how the schedule is divided up. Subscription formulas (number of players × number of periods) and per-period rates depend on it: check them afterwards in Memberships.
