Edit or delete a season
Adjust the name or dates of a season, or delete an unused season
Important: this article is about seasons. If your goal is to remove a membership fee from an invoice, do not change the season: the membership fee depends on the member's subscription. To remove it permanently, delete the subscription; for a temporary correction, apply a negative amount (e.g. -1) to the invoiced membership fee.
Open the list of seasons
In the left side menu, open Sport then click Manage seasons. By default, the Active chip shows current and upcoming seasons; click Ended or All to see past seasons.

Edit a season
Click the pencil icon of the season. In the Edit season panel, change the name, the Start date or the End date, then click Save.

Tip: before shifting dates, check that they do not overlap those of another season. Extending a season is often enough to keep it open a few more weeks.
Delete a season
Click the trash icon of the season and confirm.
The confirmation before deletion
A season still linked to a sport is not deleted. To delete it anyway, first remove its links in Sport → Link a sport to a season; a link itself is only deleted if nothing depends on it (courts, subscriptions, bookings…).
Warning: do not delete a past season. Its bookings, invoices and statistics depend on it. An ended season does no harm: it is simply filed under the Ended.
