Booking by a member
How a member books a court, invites partners and manages their bookings
Choosing the sport and date
Once logged in, the member lands on Reserve. The top bar lets them choose the sport and season (menu with the sport's name, visible if the club offers several), then the date: arrows for the previous and next day, a calendar by clicking the date, and the Today button to return to today.

Reading the booking page
At the top, My quotas shows the wallet balance (with Top up) and the number of current bookings still allowed; Club rules summarises the maximum time according to the number of players, back-to-back or simultaneous bookings and the booking window. The club's message appears below.
The table shows one column per court: a green tick marks a free slot, hatched slots are past or unavailable and existing bookings appear in colour. The Now line shows the current time.

Book a court
- Click a free slot: the New booking panel opens on the right with the court, day and time.
- Choose the Number of players and the Booking duration; the end time is shown.
- Add your partners: click a favourite under Partners, or type the first letters of a name and choose the person. Depending on your membership, you can also add a non-member guest.
- When all the players are chosen, click Confirm. If the booking is chargeable, choose the payment method (wallet, card…) before confirming.

While a player is missing, the button shows the number of missing players. If the booking is not allowed (club rules, membership restrictions), the panel explains why. Depending on the club's settings, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the players.
Changing or deleting your booking
Click your booking in the table: the Edit booking panel opens. Change the players, then save with the main button at the bottom of the panel.
The button Delete cancels the whole booking. It is only offered to the person who made the booking, and only as long as the cancellation deadline set by the club has not passed. A partner can withdraw themselves with the cross next to their name.
Once the cancellation deadline has passed, the panel shows "Please contact the club to delete your reservation.": the member must then contact the club.
Viewing the week and your history
Diary, in the left-hand menu, shows the occupancy of all courts over 7 days from the chosen date.
The diary
Booking history summarises the member's activity across all clubs: number of bookings, busiest periods, breakdown by court and sport, most frequent partners. The buttons All, This year, This quarter and This month change the period, and Show Raw History Table lists each booking.
