If your club or sports centre runs several sites (a main hall, a lakeside centre, a swimming pool…), you can declare each building in Plugin.ch, then link each sport to the building where it is played. The building name is shown to members next to the sports.

1. Open the list of buildings

In the side menu, open Parameters, then Manage multiple buildings. The Manage multiple buildings page shows the club's buildings, sorted by name. As long as no building has been declared, the list shows “No building set”. The Search… field filters the list as you type.

2. Add a building

Click + Add a building at the top right. A panel opens on the right. Enter the building name in the Building field: choose a short name (30 characters at most), as it is shown to members. The first letter is capitalised automatically.

Click Add a building at the bottom of the panel. The message “The building has been added” appears and the building is shown in the list without reloading the page. The Cancel button closes the panel without saving anything.

3. Link sports to buildings

As soon as at least one building exists, the Sport → Manage sports page changes in two ways:

• the add panel and the edit window of a sport show a Building field next to the sport name: choose the building where the sport is played, then save the sport;
• the list of sports shows a Building column, which shows the building of each sport.

4. Delete a building

Click the bin icon at the end of the building's row, then confirm the question “Are you sure you want to delete this building?”. The page reloads without the building.
